How to book
Please complete and submit our group booking enquiry form or call us on +44 (0) 845 070 6255. Our group bookings office is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm.

Payment Options
Oxford Castle - Unlocked accepts cash and cheques (in sterling), Switch, Mastercard or Visa. Cheques should be made payable to Heritage Projects (Oxford Castle) Limited.

Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation must be received from the group organiser no later than 48 hours prior to the visit date. Booking cancellations received within 48 hours or less of the visit date will be subject to 100% cancellation charge.
